How to use

Body Wash: Use as needed: Apply in the shower with a sponge or simply massage by hand for several minutes. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Bath Salts: Use as needed: Pour a few capfuls into warm, running water. Immerse yourself for at least 10 minutes.
Body Massage Oil: Use as needed. Pour a little oil into palm of hands to warm before applying to cleansed skin. Slowly massage into the body using upward, circular motions. Pay attention to drier areas such as the elbows and knees.
